Upgrade an existing standard license to a professional license.

If you already have an active standard license, you can upgrade it to a professional license by paying the difference in cost plus a small surcharge.  Note that the license should already be active.  If the license is expired, the upgrade will leave you with an expired professional license rather than an expired standard license. If your license has expired, be sure to purchase a license renewal as well.
