You can create as many custom fields as you like, and use them for whatever data you need. A custom field can be defined as a basic entry field, like the first one shown above, or as a dropdown list of choices you determine, or a checkbox. The can be defined to store numbers, currency, text, and dates.
Note: A similar tab is available on Group records to display custom field data for a specific Group. Custom field definitions are created separately for membership records and Group records.
