When you open a Membership record, details for the record are displayed for easy editing. The details are separated into several pages, each designed to collect a different type of information. Don't worry if it looks like a lot of pages, you can control which pages appear and in what order, so you can hide the ones you don't use.
The Private fields tab (next to the Demographics tab) is available for exceptionally sensitive data. This data is not displayed on any system report or view, but can be added to user-defined reports and views if you wish.
