Saving Criteria

Advanced criteria can be saved and then reopened later when you want to run a particular search again.  This is particularly helpful for complex searches that take a lot of time to set up.

Note: Only advanced criteria can be saved.

Saving Advanced Criteria

If you have not created criteria yet, see Entering Advanced Search Criteria.

1After your criteria is working correctly, click the "Save" button (or if there is no Save button, right-click the criteria list and choose "Save Criteria").
2When the "Save As" window opens, enter a name for the search criteria such as, "Expired Dues" or "Committee Members".
3Click OK.  The system will verify that the search layout is valid, and then will save it under the specified name.

Loading Saved Criteria

To reload the search, click the "Load" button (or if there is no Save button, right-click the criteria list and choose "Load Criteria") on the Search tab and select the desired search.
