Displaying Current Attendance

You can quickly display the current attendance status of any activity directly from the Activity List.

1Choose File > Workspace > Activity List.
2When the Activity List appears, select the activity you wish to display.
3Choose Actions > Display Current Attendance.


 The Checked In tab shows everyone without an End Date.

 Note: If you want to check out one or more attendees immediately, you may select them on the "Checked In" list, then choose "Check Out" from the right-click menu. All selected entries will be checked out as of the current date and time.

 The Checked Out tab shows everyone with both a Start and End Date.

4When you are finished, click Close.
