We have done everything possible to make sure our online ordering process is encrypted and secure. In
addition to secure credit-card ordering, the payment form includes options to pay via PayPal, or by cheque (must be drawn on a US bank in US dollars).
By registering MemberTies you agree to be bound by the terms of the
Registration Agreement. Please read this agreement
before registering any software.

Shipping Policy
License orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt of payment. In reality the turnaround
time is often only an hour or two, but please allow up to 24 hours in case there is a delay in credit-card approval,
the order comes in after-hours, or we are just really busy. We create each license manually, keyed to your
organization. We do not just send out a generic "registration code."
CD-ROM orders are filled and shipped within 72 hours of receipt of payment. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery,
especially for orders outside the United States.
Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We certainly do not want you to end up with
something you can not use. To help ensure that you like the software before you buy it, we strongly
encourage you to download and work with the system before you buy.
The downloaded version is fully functional -- just limited to a small number of records.
However, if you decide for any reason that you do not like the software after
you register it, you can contact us within 30 days of purchase and
explain the situation. If we can not do anything to help, we will be happy to refund your purchase cost
(less shipping charges) right away. Please note that we have been known to continue to work with customers
even after a refund has been issued, resulting in a successful relationship and repurchase!

Cancellation Policy (Database Hosting Services)
If you decide to cancel database hosting service, we will refund the prepaid amount based on the way
the service was purchased:
Monthly:
If you purchased less than a year of hosting, we will refund any unused full months, less the initial setup charge (if any).
Yearly:
If you purchased a year of hosting, you received a discount because of the expected
long-term committment. To calculate a refund in this situation, we convert your costs to a monthly
plan first, then calculate the refund. In other words, we determine the number of months
you used the service (rounded up to the nearest full month) and multiply that by the monthly rate
you would have paid on a monthly plan. Then we refund the amount you paid initially, less the
calculated month-to-month cost of service used, less initial setup charge (if any).
Ordering via Cheque or Postal Money Order
An option to purchase via cheque is available when placing an order.
The cheque MUST be drawn on a US bank or we will not be able to cash it. (Foreign cheques incur
a $30-40 processing fee.) If your only option is a cheque drawn on a foreign bank, please use a Postal Money Order
instead, which you should be able to get through your postal service in US Dollars.
