Creating a new AccountYou must login to access the forum. If you do not have an account already, send an email to support at myrro dot com. Tell us the user name you desire, and we'll create an account with a default password (you can send us your desired password if you wish). Note that you'll be able to change your displayed name and password later by managing your account.
For example:
Subject: Forum Access
I'd like access to the MemberTalk forum.
Please create an account for username: [myname]A confirmation will be sent to you via email.
I have an account but I can't log in!If you've forgotten your password, let us know and we'll reset it.
If you registered once, but can't get in for some other reason, your account has probably been deleted, especially if any of the following were true:
1) you didn't login soon after receiving your confirmation email
2) it has been many months since your last visit
3) you registered with a user name, email, display name, website, signature, or anything in your profile sounding like you were trying to sell something
4) you posted blatantly false or misleading information that served no constructive purpose
If your account has been deleted, you'll need to register again. Unless you were guilty of #3 or #4, in which case, we don't want you back.
