Scheduled Postings

MemberTies Professional will automatically post dues entries on specified dates to accounts with a specific status. Scheduled payments are different than interest settings in that interest is driven by the account balance, while scheduled payments are driven by date. Interest settings and Scheduled Payments are features that expand the standard Statuses. In the professional version, the Edit Status window contains three tabs, one for the standard status information, one for interest settings, and one for scheduled dues charges.

The screen-shot above shows the third tab of the Edit Status window, with a scheduled posting opened for editing. This entry is set to be posted once per year, on the 1st of January. Each status can have any number of scheduled postings defined.
