Mass Dues Posting

MemberTies Professional enables you to post a dues entry to all records of a particular status, or to all records selected on the Membership List window. This is a handy way of quickly applying things like yearly dues charges to large numbers of membership records. The Post Dues window can also be used to "zero-balance" accounts by automatically selecting the appropriate amount needed to bring a member's account balance to zero.

The screen-shot above shows a $50.00 dues charge about to be posted to every membership record in the database that has a status of Regular.
