Details: Custom Fields

Custom fields can have whatever label you like, and can be used for whatever data you need. A custom field can be defined as a basic entry field, like the first one shown above, or as a dropdown list of choices you determine.The unused fields in this example still show the default field label, 'Custom XX'. A complete custom fields definition window is available through the Tools menu.

Note: A similar tab is available on Group records to display custom field data for a specific Group. Custom field definitions are created separately for membership records and Group, so you can have 20 different fields for each type of record.
