MemberTies Professional Ordering Options

We have done everything possible to make sure our online ordering process is encrypted and secure. However, we understand that you may be more comfortable ordering by other methods. This is why we've teamed up with Regsoft.com, who will let you phone or fax a credit card order if you don't want to complete the secure online order form. You can also pay via PayPal, or if you want to pay by cheque, just complete the online order form and mail it directly to us with your payment.

By registering MemberTies you agree to be bound by the terms of the Registration Agreement. Please read this agreement before registering any software.

Product		Cost
New MemberTies Professional License		$149.00
	This is for new users who have never registered before. You will be purchasing a new license to register the software and remove the shareware limitations. This new license includes a one year maintenance period during which you can download updates to the software at no charge (see Life of a License below). If you wish, you can purchase up to four additional seats (for multiple user login) with this initial registration. You can also order the current program CD-ROM.

Additional Seats for an Existing License		$99.00 (or less)
	This enables you to purchase additional seats for an existing license. This would typically be used when you already have a registered license and need to allow more users to login. If you do not have a license yet, you should use the "New License" option above.

Renew Existing License		$69.00 (or less)
	This enables you to renew the maintenance period for an existing license & seats for another year, entitling you to all updates and releases until the new maintenance period expires (see Life of a License below). Note: This order form also allows you to optionally add up to four new seats to the license, in addition to the number of seats being renewed.

Database Hosting		$19.95/Month
	This enables you to have your database hosted on Myrro International's database servers, for easy access from any MemberTies installation. No more emailing databases back and forth, or worrying that someone will accidentally install a virus on your computer and crash your system. Our database servers are strictly there to host customer databases. They do not host email, websites, games, or anything else. They are not used by anyone else. We strive for 100% server availability. In the unlikely event that the servers are offline, we will be happy to extend your hosting period to make up for it. When you sign up, you will receive a special server User Name and Password that will enable you to create a remote database connection to our server and access your specific database. Your MemberTies login username and password will remain yours to assign as you see fit. Automated backups are also available, or you can backup the database to your local computer normally. Standard to Professional Upgrade		$50.00
	This is for users with a current standard version license who wish to upgrade to the latest professional release. Note: To move to the professional version, you will also need to download and install the professional version of the software. The license alone is not enough. As with a new license, you also have the option of purchasing the current program CD-ROM.

Current Program CD-ROM		$12.50
	This is for anyone who just wants the current program CD-ROM. The CD includes the shareware version of MemberTies Professional, as well as the free Report Viewer utility. Note: This does not register the software; the CD contains the same shareware version that can be downloaded from this website.

Free License		$0.00
	You are entitled to download and install any and all upgrades to the software free of charge during the maintenance period of your license. The maintenance period extends one year from the date of registration. The current maintenance period expiration date is displayed on the Help/About MemberTies window. (See Life of a License below.)

Life of a License
A license includes a maintenance period which entitles you to all new releases for a period of one year from the date the license is issued. After the maintenance period expires, you only need to renew it if you want to install a new version of the software. If you choose not to renew, the version you are currently using will continue to work -- you just won't be able to upgrade to new versions. In other words, we do not require you to pay a yearly fee just to have a license keep working. You don't have to have an active maintenance period just to get a question answered, and the software will not stop working when the maintenance period expires. If you're happy with the version you have, you do not need to renew anything -- just keep using it. Rather than requiring a yearly fee to keep the license active, we decided to sell the right to continue to upgrade the software to new releases. Since we are constantly working to improve the program and add new features and functionality, (primarily due to the input of our users) there are always new versions being released, from minor patches to completely new upgrades. Everyone gets free access to these new versions for the first year. If you keep current, this translates to 6-10 free upgrades over the course of the year -- all at no charge. When the maintenance period ends after the first year, you can decide whether you want to renew the maintenance period for another year in order to continue downloading new updates. (You might want to make sure you're on our mailing list so you know about the new releases!) Note: If you ignore the expiration date and install a version of the software that was created after your maintenance period expired, your installation will simply revert to "unregistered mode" until you renew the maintenance period and install the updated license. This enables you to upgrade on your own schedule, keeping the software as up-to-date as you wish. In turn (we'll be honest) it provides us with some recurring sales to enable us to continue to provide the outstanding products and technical support you have come to expect from Myrro International. Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We certainly don't want you to end up with something you can't use. To help ensure that you like the software before you buy it, we strongly encourage you to download and work with the system before you buy. The downloaded version is fully functional -- just limited to a small number of records. However, if you decide for any reason that you don't like the software after you register it, you can contact us within 30 days of purchase and explain the situation. If we can't do anything to help, we'll be happy to issue a full refund. (In fact, we've been known to continue to work with customers even after a refund has been issued, resulting in a successful relationship and repurchase!) At Myrro International, customer satisfaction really is our goal.

Ordering via Cheque or Postal Money Order
If you intend to purchase via cheque or postal money order, you can either print the RegSoft order form accessed above via one of the Buy Now buttons, or start MemberTies, open the Help menu, choose Registering, and fill out that form. Once you have completed the form, print and mail it to the address below with your payment. Important: The cheque MUST be drawn on a US bank or we will not be able to cash it. (Foreign cheques incur a $30-40 processing fee.) If your only option is a cheque drawn on a foreign bank, please use a Postal Money Order instead, which you should be able to get through your postal service in US Dollars.
