Upgrade Cost

Please Note: You are entitled to install this release free of charge if the free-upgrade period of your license does not end prior to the Effective Release Date shown above. To check the date for your license, in MemberTies choose Help > About MemberTies from the menu. On the License Info tab, look for the date labelled "Free Updates Until." If the date has passed, or your version is old enough that it does not include a date, you will need to purchase a license renewal. See ordering for pricing and more details.

The full installation of MemberTies is currently available using the following links. This version may be used to upgrade any installation of MemberTies from 5.10 onward. If you are using an older version, contact support for upgrade instructions.

Note: If you are currently using a version prior to 6.0, you will need to renew your license. See "Upgrade Cost" above.

Download Link: Download from either sites 1 or 2 below. Both sites contain the complete current release, including all available updates. There is no difference between the software on these two sites, they are just different servers in case one is busy or offline for some reason.

Installation Instructions

Follow these steps to download and install the software on your computer:

1. Download the desired file by following the appropriate link above. Your browser will probably prompt you to save or open the file. Choose to save the file to a directory on your PC that you can find easily, such as the Desktop or My Documents folder.
2. Exit MemberTies if it is currently running.
3. Doubleclick the downloaded ".exe" file to run it. That will start the installation program and walk you through the setup process. If you downloaded an Update, be sure to install it into the same folder as your current installation.
4. If you are prompted to restart your computer, please do so. You will only be prompted to restart the computer if there were files in use that couldn't be replaced by the installation program. If you do not restart, you will be running with an incomplete and possibly corrupted installation!

Problems?

The full installation files are approximately 15 MB, so download times may vary from a few minutes to a half hour or more, depending on the speed of your connection.

AOL Users: The web browser included with AOL sometimes decompresses files differently than other browsers. If you are getting "corrupt file" errors when you try to run the downloaded file, try the following steps to download the file without AOL's encoding:

1. Sign onto AOL the way you normally do.
2. Press the "Start" button on your computer's task bar, then choose Programs, then Internet Explorer.
3. After Internet Explorer launches, go to http://www.myrro.com/memberties/download_std.htm and try the download again.
